1. Who is responsible
This website and the SkyRoll: Edge app are operated by Web Design Agency OÜ, which is responsible for the personal data described on this page. To be added registered address, registry code and privacy contact email.
2. This website (skyrolledge.com)
- No cookies, analytics, ads or tracking. The site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and loads no analytics, advertising or social-media scripts.
- No third-party requests. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this domain only.
- No accounts or sign-ups. No form on this site submits data. The support report builder creates text in your browser only; nothing is uploaded.
- Server logs. Like most web servers, ours keeps standard request logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, response status, referring page and browser user agent. They are used for security and troubleshooting, are rotated automatically and are kept for about 14 days.
3. The iPhone app Incomplete
The app is not released yet, and this section does not yet describe what data it collects. Before release it will cover the following topics.
| Topic | What the final policy will explain |
|---|---|
| Progress and settings | Where progress, coins and settings are stored, whether they leave your device, and how to delete them. |
| Game Center and leaderboards | Whether they are used, and what Apple shares with us. |
| In-app purchases | Whether there are any. Purchases are processed by Apple; we will explain what information we receive. |
| Advertising | Whether the app shows ads, which ad networks are used, and how tracking and consent are handled. |
| Analytics and crash reports | Whether they are enabled, which provider is used, what data is collected and how long it is kept. |
| Support messages | How to contact us, what we receive, why, and how long we keep it. |
| Children | The intended age rating and audience, and any safeguards. |
| International transfers | Any processing outside the EU/EEA and the safeguards used. |
4. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, the GDPR gives you rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority (in Estonia, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon). To be added how to make a request, once a privacy contact is published.
5. Changes
This page will be updated before release and whenever our practices change. The final version will show an effective date.
